| Job description: | The Western Isles is a 3 star 26 bedroom hotel situated in Tobermory overlooking The Sound of Mull 1 & 1/2 hours from Oban. We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join our team. You will help manage the kitchen and help support the head chef We make everything on site using fresh local and seasonal produce.
