Salary:The Gross hourly rate is £18 per hour paid weekly net of tax and NI. Return travel paid subject to completing the agreed stint.

Days:5 days from 7, mixed shifts.

Full-time chefs:3 chefs plus kitchen porter.
Accommodation:single hotel room en suite with shared kitchen, meals on duty and TV and wifi available.
Job description:

I am looking for a relief Sous for The Rosedale Hotel in Portree.
Starting ASAP ideally to end October.
20 bedroom hotel serving Scandinavian cuisine using Scottish ingredients - breakfasts to 40 and dinners to 40.
Accommodation is a single hotel room en suite with shared kitchen, meals on duty and TV and wifi available.
working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days, mixed shifts.
The Gross hourly rate is £18 per hour paid weekly net of tax and NI.
Brigade of 3 chefs plus kitchen porter.
Return travel paid subject to completing the agreed stint.
