Salary: | The Gross hourly rate is £18 per hour paid weekly net of tax and NI. Return travel paid subject to completing the agreed stint. |

Full-time chefs: | 3 chefs plus kitchen porter. |
Accommodation: | single hotel room en suite with shared kitchen, meals on duty and TV and wifi available. |
