Salary:Starting at £30,000 per annum, depending on experience paid monthly plus share of tips.
Duration:Seasonal
Hours:Minimum 40 hours per week- Split Shifts
Days:6 days a week
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:8
Covers:Dinner: up to 40; Breakfast: up to 20
Food type:Local, fresh, homemade Seafood.
Full-time chefs:2 chefs and 1 kitchen porters.
Accommodation:Own room in shared accommodation- Free of charge
Job description:

The reef inn situated on the Isle of Tiree are looking for a sous chef to join there team.

Surrounded by beautiful quiet beaches why not enjoy your time off surfing, walking, swimming or just taking in the amazing scenery that the isle of tiree has to offer.

As a sous chef working at the reef inn you will have the opportunity to grow, and add your own ideas and dishes to the menu using fresh local seafood produce.

Accommodation is provided if needed free of charge.

This position is available from the 10th June for the right candidate.
