Job description:

I'm looking for a strong Sous Chef with proven longevity in a similar level of establishment ( 4 star medium sized hotel) with a track record of producing outstanding events catering.

The venue currently hosts 60 weddings / year and requires somebody who will be able to deliver memorable meals for their discerning guests.

You must have excellent hygiene knowledge and be comfortable with discussing guests needs with them when offering wedding tastings.

There's an excellent compensation package available along with the usual company perks for the right candidate.
