Job description:

RELIEF - SOUS/HEAD - GAIRLOCH - LIVE IN
ASAP for 4-6 weeks initially possibly until October
£21/hr paid weekly for Sous
£24/hr paid weekly for Head
Return travel expenses paid upon completion of stint
30-80 covers, lunch and dinner only
minimum 40 hrs/wk 5/7
2 Chefs + KPs
Quality Scottish, plenty of seafood
