Salary:£500 per week with no deductions. Plus share of tips and meals when working.
Hours:45 (average)
Days:5 split shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Covers:Lunch: 20-40; Dinner: 60-100; Breakfast: 30; Functions: Occasional small

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced sous chef to cover for our head chef on their days off.

The right candidate will have good experience in a similar role and will get on well with the rest of the team.

Working in a traditional Scottish Highland Inn situated in a beautiful rural location. Family run, well established business with top reputation on Tripadvisor etc.

The menu is traditional Scottish pub food with a Specials Board in the season.

The chef will be responsible for all aspects of this busy kitchen including ensuring all food hygiene standards are met.

Position available to the end September and potentially longer for the right candidate.
