Job description:

I am recruiting a sous chef for a professional kitchen in the heart of Glasgow.

It is a well established restaurant with an owner who has been in the trade for over 40 years.

The right candidate will be a well experienced professional with a great attitude towards their work and the kitchen team.

You will be responsible for covering the head chef on their days off.

There is great scope for career progression.
