Job description:

I am recruiting for a 3* hotel near Thurso.

Looking for a seasonal Sous Chef to join our team to provide support and cover for the head chef.

If you like to outdoors this is a fabulous location to live and work, you can enjoy the beautiful beaches and fishing and walking on your days off.

Using lots of fresh, local produce.

An easy going and friendly team in place.

This position is available middle of March until end-October.
