Job description:

I am recruiting for an 11 bedroom hotel situated in Lowick in the North East, close to the Scottish Border.

Looking for a sous chef to join the team at this family owned and run establishment. Working in a well-equipped kitchen, you will work alongside and deputise the head chef during their time off.

Situated in an excellent location using lots of local suppliers and local produce from the area.

You will be in charge of developing and mentoring the more junior members of the team alongside the head chef.

This position is available from straight away but also happy to wait for the right person.
