Salary:£500 per week plus share of tips and meals when working.
Hours:45 (average)
Days:5 split shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Job description:

The Inn at Ardgour is a traditional Scottish Highland Inn situated near Fort William. A family run, well established business with top reputation on Tripadvisor etc.

We are looking for an experienced sous chef to cover for our head chef on their days off.

The right candidate will have good experience in a similar role and will get on well with the rest of the team.

The menu is traditional Scottish pub food with a Specials Board in the season.

The chef will be responsible for all aspects of this busy kitchen during the head chefs time off including ensuring all food hygiene standards are met.

Position available to the end September.
