Job description:

Privately Owned Luxury Castle on the West Coast of Scotland, on the Ardnamurchan Peninsula.

We are looking for an experienced chef to join the team. We are looking for a passionate chef who will in time have the opportunity to have creative control and create dishes for the menu.

The food is inspired by the new Nordic food movement, and the menu is predominantly a daily changing, seasonal tasting menu, with 3-course meals on occasion.
