Job description: | We looking to recruit a charismatic and creative Sous Chef for our recently refurbished hotel and kitchen on the Isle of Skye. Our attention to detail sets us apart from the rest - in all we do, from preparing our food to selecting our staff, we are passionate about doing everything to the best possible standard. That passion is demonstrated by our team. You must be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests whilst demonstrating good food knowledge.
