Job description:

Sous Chef to work under Head Chef Andrew Cook.

We are looking for an ambitious Chef looking for career development in our multi award winning kitchen, just nominated as 2019 Scottish Restaurant of the Year.

Happy to consider folks lower down the ladder if they are ambitious to learn and feel they can contribute ideas.

Indeed we assume skill but demand creativity and excellence. This is a six month opportunity to learn develop and enjoy you work in a beautiful part of the world.
