Job description:

Hotel Hebrides is a 21 bedroom boutique hotel in the Outer Hebrides looking for a senior sous chef to join our team.

We have an elegant restaurant where we have already achieved 1 AA rosette and an Eat Scotland Silver award and a busy bistro bar also offering excellent quality produce.

We are very passionate about what we do and have a clear vision in the style of food we provide for our customers.

As Sous chef you will be in charge of your own section of the kitchen and will provide support to the head chef and cover for the head chef on their day off.

This position is available now for the right candidate until the end of October.
