Salary:£28,000 negotiable plus a quarterly bonus and a share of tips
Hours:45 hours per week
Days:5 days out of 7 - mixed shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Covers:Lunch: Up to 80; Dinner: Up to 150; Breakfast: In house only; Functions: Small functions to 65
Food type:Fresh bistro style using local produce
Full-time chefs:6 plus Kitchen Porters
Accommodation:own room in lovely staff house close by includes Sky TV and Wi-Fi - £35 per week
Job description:

I am recruiting a sous chef for a small hotel situated on the outskirts of Aberdeen.

Looking for a sous chef who can take over the running of the kitchen from the head chef during their time off. This will include stock control, ordering, managing the team and health and safety and hygiene.

Within a bus journey North of Aberdeen but would ideally looking for someone with their own transport.

The hotel has a good local following as well as good seasonal business.

We are looking for someone who is passionate and creative about what they do as they welcome new menu ideas.

This position is available from the 1st June for the right person and is a permanent all year round position.
