Job description:

The Arisaig Hotel is a 13 bedroom hotel located 35 miles from Fort William.

We are looking for a sous chef to join our kitchen team. You will be creative and passionate about your job and enjoy using local, fresh produce. There is scope for input into the specials.

You will be in charge of the day to day running of the kitchen during the head chefs time off.

We do our own smoking of local produce and we are real foodies!

This is a stunning location to work in with beautiful beaches and good transport links.

This position is available now for the right candidate until the end of November.
