Job description: | Family run business (3 hotels) the award winning Ferry Inn situated in the historic harbour town of Stromness, Orkney. Looking for a sous chef to join our team. Would suit a good chef de partie looking to move up. Wonderful island produce for meals in our 84 cover steakhouse style bar and restaurant. Busy season ahead with high earning opportunity. Available from now until the middle of October possibly permanent for the right person. |
