| Job description: | The Balmoral is an iconic 5* Hotel at Edinburgh most prestigious address, No.1 Princes St. We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our Main Kitchen team who cater for meetings & events for anything from 2 people to Gala Dinners for 450. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a completely fresh food focused business (we even have our own in house butcher) creating fantastic food for amazing events.
