Job description:

The Oxgang is a new family run business in the Grangemouth area. We cater for restaurant guests, bar food, functions and residents.

The business opened in September and the kitchen was fully refurbished. Good stable team in place.

We are looking for a sous chef to join our team who can take over the responsibility of the kitchen during the head chefs time off. This will include ordering and rotas. You will have input into menus.

Would suit someone who is looking to take the next step up in their career.

This position is available from 12th August for the right person.
