| Job description: | The Coffee Apothecary is a busy family owned and run upmarket licensed café / bistro in Ellon which is 10 miles from Aberdeen. We offer speciality Coffee, craft beer and great food to our customers. We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our small close knit team within our second venue which has been open for the last 6 months. You will work to a high standard cooking light dishes through to a restaurant style menu using local fresh ingredients with the opportunity to help in creating menus and dishes. This is an exciting opportunity as you will work with quality ingredients and have a good work/life balance. Pastry experience is desired but not essential. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
