| Job description: | Kilcamb Lodge is a small 4 star luxury hotel in stunning lochside location serving 3AA Rosette food showcasing Scottish meats & seafood from fresh local produce. The village has a shop, pub and a good local bus service to Fort William. We have a busy kitchen of young enthusiastic chefs. We are looking for a Chef to join our small and stable team. Mainly working on the Pastry section you will be responsible for your own section of the kitchen. You will be responsible for making the daily desserts, pastry items and general prep for the dessert menu. A car is essential to fully enjoy all that the area has to offer. We welcome couples and we have various positions throughout the hotel to accommodate for partners. |
