Salary:£23,000 per annum negotiable depending on experience paid monthly - small accommodation charge of £60.00 per month. On duty meals provided plus tips.

Days:5 days out of 7, mixture of shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Full-time chefs:5 chefs plus kitchen porter
Accommodation:Brand new accommodation available in static caravan.
Job description:

Kilcamb Lodge is a small 4 star luxury hotel in stunning lochside location serving 3AA Rosette food showcasing Scottish meats & seafood from fresh local produce. The village has a shop, pub and a good local bus service to Fort William.

We have a busy kitchen of young enthusiastic chefs. We are looking for a Chef de partie to join our small and stable team.

Some pastry experience would be preferred but not essential.

A car is essential to fully enjoy all that the area has to offer.

We welcome couples and we have various positions throughout the hotel to accommodate for partners.
