Job description: | I am recruiting for a seasonal chef de partie for an award winning hotel near Oban. Situated in a rural but beautiful location in the west of Scotland. Working with good fresh local and seasonal produce. Ideally you will have some rosette experience although this is not essential. Excellent chance to progress in your career. Position is available from beginning of May until the end of September. |
