Salary:£24,000 per annum paid monthly plus share of tips - family discount on accommodation and dining - access to local gym
Duration:Permanent
Hours:48 per week
Days:5 days from 7 mixture of shifts looking to move to straight shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:27 bedrooms - Daily covers 400 - 500
Covers:Breakfast: working the occasional for up to 60; Functions: up to 100
Food type:Good quality brasserie focus on quality ingredients - Grill and wood fried oven for our Alfresco Dining
Full-time chefs:10 Chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Accommodation available - own room - £55 per week including all meals laundry facilities
Job description:

Banchory Lodge is a beautiful 27 bedroom hotel located 25 minutes away from Aberdeen.

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team.

Personal Skills
▪ Experience of working in a highly paced delivery role.
▪ An excellent customer focused manner at all times.
▪ Demonstrating the ability to be proactive and to possess strategic thinking skills.
▪ The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
▪ The ability to manage change.
▪ A very high standard of personal appearance.
▪ A good eye for detail and a desire to take responsibility, through to resolution.
▪ A willingness to participate in training and coaching for own development.
▪ Assist in the development of Junior team members.

You must have a minimum of 2 - 3 years chef de partie experience in a similar role
