Job description:

Chef De Partie

Role Description
Responsible for a section of the Kitchen ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality food to all F&B Operations including the bar/restaurant/room service/cocktail bar/events catering/outside catering, working alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chefs.

1. Guest Service
Effectively manage your section during service to the highest standards, including the effective direction of any Commis Chefs. Create memorable experiences for our guests through the delivery of our Standard Operating Procedures ensuring that every guest feels special and wants to return.

2. Food Creation
Create, develop and maintain an inspiring recipe book using the very best of local and national natural resources and ingredients.

3. Building Relationships
Build great relationships with the wider Hotel Team, particularly F&B and Front Office and develop relationships with our suppliers.

4. Budget
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in contributing towards the kitchen budget, which in turn supports the General Manager to achieve the Hotel financial targets.

5. Health & Safety
Support and promote a safe working environment by adhering to Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, Fire and Evacuation procedures.

6. Training
Take ownership of your personal development, enhancing your ability to build knowledge, whilst supporting the development of the team around you.
