Job description:

WEST is the UK's first employee owned brewery and its adjacent beerhall restaurant is owned and managed by a team of WESTies, all of whom own a share in the business.

The award winning Bar & Restaurant is set in the former Templeton Carpet Factory building on the edge of Glasgow Green.

We are looking for 2 x Chef de Parties to join our team

Working alongside the head chef and sous chef, you will manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing more junior team members, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, monitoring and ordering stock.

You will have formal Culinary Training: NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or equivalent - Health & Safety and Food Hygiene Certificates.
