Salary:£22,000 per annum paid monthly with tips
Duration:Permanent
Hours:Maximum 45 hours per week
Days:5 days per week - mixture of shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:11 bedrooms plus 2 self catering cottages
Covers:Lunch: 10 - 20; Dinner: to 30; Breakfast: to 30; Functions: Exclusive use only
Food type:Fine dining / classical
Full-time chefs:4 chefs plus kitchen porter
Accommodation:live in for £175.00 available with meals in staff accommodation shared with 1 other chef
Job description:

Airds Hotel is a privately owned and run hotel by Oban in North West Scotland.

We are Relais & Chateaux and 4 Red Star AA with 3AA Rosettes.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team. Although, the position may be all year round.

You will have a minimum of 2 AA Rosette experience and ideally pastry experience.

This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career in a well-known quality establishment.
