Salary:Salary is dependent on experience, but approx. £25,000 - £29,000 per annum (excluding service charge), paid end of the month.

Hours:30-48 hours per week
Days:5 days per week but would consider less

Job description:

We're looking for a Sous, or Senior CDP looking to make the step up, to support our Head Chef at The Tippling House. We serve up five course paired tasting menus, boozy brunches and late-night bar snacks (once full licensing hours resume).

Lots of opportunity here for the right person to get involved in menu curation, develop their skills and collaborate with mixologists on paired menus.
Full time hours, flexible working week and equal share of service charge (100% is split amongst the team).

Salary is dependent on experience, but approx. £25k - £29k per annum (excluding service charge), paid end of the month.

Must be able to work weekends and evenings. Some late nights will be required also attention to detail.

Looking for immediate starts, however we can wait for the right person to work their notice.
