Job description:

The Plough Inn opened in September 2021 so you would be joining at an exciting time as we start to build our reputation and make big plans for the future.

We are situated in Creetown in South West Scotland, famous for arts festivals.

We are looking for a chef to join us in this exciting new venture.

We focus on seasonal and sustainable food and mainly work directly with small suppliers. There will be opportunities for farm visits etc. and visits to our very own kitchen garden complete with orchard, bees and free-range hens.

Our menu changes regularly and our small kitchen team works collaboratively, so there will be opportunities for you to learn from others and creatively contribute.

There is lots to do on time off and great work life balance.

This position is available from the 1st of March.
