Job description: | We are the UK's first vegan hotel, based in Pitlochry. We offering lunches between 12pm and 3pm, a 3 course set menu on Sunday and Monday from 12pm to 7pm, and a five-course tasting menu from Tuesday through Saturday. We are looking for a chef de partie who would be confident in taking on lunches, the three course set menu, and to aid our head chef with prep for the tasting menu. We have no kitchen porter so you would also have to be happy to help with the dishes! Pitlochry is a great location for outdoor activities such as walking and cycling so would suit someone interested in this kind of lifestyle. We also have excellent transport links to cities of Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dundee - both by public transport and car. Ideally you would have experience in plant-based cooking but if not we are willing to find training for someone we feel is committed to the hotel.
