Hours:40 - 45 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7 mixture of shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Full-time chefs:Brigade of 2 chefs plus a kitchen porter.

Job description:

The Old Manse of Blair is a 5 star Restaurant with rooms situated in Blair Atholl just 15 minutes from Pitlochry.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team.

You will work alongside Head Chef, we are open to new ideas for menus.

Using fresh seasonal ingredients cooking to a high standard.
