| Job description: | Moffat House is a privately owned 15 bedroom hotel, situated in Moffat just 21 miles from Dumfries and 55 miles from Glasgow and Edinburgh. We are looking for a Chef to join our family friendly team. Ideally you will have AA experience. You will provide support to our Head Chef and Sous Chef. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a beautifuly refurbished hotel in a lovely town. Working with fresh ingredients to a high standard. Open to new ideas for menus. Our aim and ambition is to gain 2AA Rosettes There are good bus links to Glasgow and Dumfries. This positions is available now for the right candidate |
