Job description:

The Chester Hotel is a privately owned 50 bedroom hotel situated in Aberdeen.

All the modern kitchen equipment.

We are looking for a Banqueting chef to join our team catering for up to 200 covers including three course dinners and buffets. The chef will have to coordinate well with the front of house team and work using their own initiative.

Banqueting experience preferred.

You should be an experienced Chef, producing only the best, using fresh local ingredients. You should be really passionate about your work and able to bring creative ideas to the team, presenting food to the highest standard at all times.

The right candidate will also be able to take a proactive approach within the kitchen, ensuring that the team always strives for more.

This is a truly fantastic chance to work in a stunning hotel with 2 AA rosettes where the emphasis is on strong teamwork.

There is great opportunity to develop new skills and techniques and to progress up the career ladder within the hotel.

The banqueting chef must already have considerable experience as it is an important role that comes with a lot of freedom.
