Salary:£20,000 - £24,000 negotiable on experience, paid fortnightly, plus excellent tips

Days:5 days from 7 mixed shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Food type:Quality bar meals plus daily specials board - up market and well presented
Full-time chefs:4 Chefs plus kitchen porters

Job description:

The Gargunnock Inn is privately owned Inn situated in a nice Village location just 4 miles from Stirling.

We are looking for an experienced chef de partie to join our team.

You will be responsible for running your own section of the kitchen and covering for our sous chef on their days off.

This is a great opportunity for career progression as we promote internally.

You will have a good work life balance.

You will be hardworking, enthusiastic and have good customer skills.

Very hands on owners.

You must be a driver.

This position would suit an experienced chef de partie or someone looking to step up into the role.
