Job description:

Arisaig House is a Country home located close to the village of Arisaig on the Road to the Isles on the West Coast of Scotland, surrounded by roaming hills and beaches, with a vibrant community spirit.

The house has an extensive walled kitchen garden and we have a great working relationship with local divers, stalkers, fishermen & crofters. Daily changing seasonal menus created using local, foraged or homegrown produce, nothing is wasted, we make our own butter and sea salt.

Family run, country home feel.

This is an opportunity for a passionate, motivated foodie who is keen to learn and looking for a fresh challenge. Working closely with the Head chef and the owner, supporting the running of the kitchen in the Head chefs absence.

Strong knowledge and understanding of the importance of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
