Salary:£20,000 to £22,000 per annum paid monthly with tips
Days:5 days from 7 mixed shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Covers:Lunch: Afternoon teas to 25; Dinner: to 20; Breakfast: to 30; Functions: to 100
Food type:2 AA Rosette restaurant - Afternoon teas - Banquetting
Full-time chefs:3 chefs plus 2 kitchen porters
Accommodation:Live out - can provide temporary accommodation if relocating
Job description:

Chef de Partie required for 2AA Rosette, award winning hotel and restaurant in Inverness.

This is a busy, year round hotel catering for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Afternoon Tea, 7 days a week.
Weddings and Functions are also a big part of our business.

The ideal candidate would be experienced at Chef de Partie level from a high end Hotel or Rosette background.

As Chef de Partie you will be working closely with the Sous Chef / Head Chef assisting with day to day running of the kitchen and on-going menu development.

Part of your duties will be to organize daily prep and task allocation, help to maintain a good GP and to ensure the hotels Health and Safety Policies are adhered to.

This is an excellent opportunity for serious Chef de Partie to be part of fantastic kitchen brigade within a fast expanding company.

The position is available with an immediate trial and start.
