Job description:

Grantown East is a brand new heritage centre situated near Grantown on Spey, which is 35 miles south east of Inverness.

A completely refurbished centre which has a 60 seater restaurant and an open kitchen.

There is a state of the art kitchen with a hand built woodfired pizza oven where you will be producing homemade pizzas from scratch using fresh, good quality ingredients.

Looking for a sous chef or a chef de partie who is looking to step up and work alongside a well-known Scottish chef on this exciting new project.

The focus is on traditional Scottish style food alongside the pizzas but with a modern twist.

The establishment opens on November 2nd and is situated in an excellent location.
