Salary:£17,500 per annum dependent on experience paid 4 weekly - share of tips.
Duration:Permanent
Hours:40 - 45 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7, split shifts.
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:44 bedrooms
Covers:Lunch: 100; Dinner: 100; Functions: 150
Food type:Traditional Scottish, a la carte, TDH and high teas
Full-time chefs:4 plus helpers
Accommodation:Can be arranged on a temporary basis if relocating. Would prefer live out.
Job description:

The Royal George Hotel is a privately owned and run 44 bedroom hotel situated in the centre of Perth

We are currently looking for a chef de partie to join their team.

We us a selection of the finest fresh farm and local market produce available daily in Perthshire. You will have input into menus as we make all of our food from scratch on site.

This would be great opportunity to work in a busy popular hotel, with a great reputation.
