Days:5 days per week - straight shifts generally starting at 9am
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Covers:Dinner: covers over the day can be up to 300 in busy season
Food type:Daily changing Seafood menu
Full-time chefs:2 chefs plus help dishes when really busy
Accommodation:This is a live out position - help will be given to find accommodation
Job description:

The Seafood Shack is an award winning catering business in the small fishing village of Ullapool.

We serve takeaway dishes made up from fresh seafood. This job isn’t necessarily for chefs but for someone who is passionate about cooking and would like to learn more on cooking seafood.

We are a fun team, not a typical catering kitchen, we interact a lot with the public as it is open air. Summer months can get very busy but there is always a great atmosphere.

Each morning we get fresh fish delivered and we comprise a menu each day.

If you like the idea of living in a picturesque fishing village for the summer and cooking produce straight from the sea in front of you then come join us at the Shack.

This position is available from 1st April to 20th October 2019.
