Salary:£10 per hour paid monthly plus shared tips
Duration:Seasonal
Hours:45 hours per week, paid for every hour that you work
Days:5 days per week mixed shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:18 bedrooms
Covers:Lunch: 30 covers; Dinner: 60 covers; Breakfast: 30; Functions: some weddings to 120
Food type:British/French style upmarket Bistro and 2 AA Fine Dining - plus functions
Full-time chefs:5 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:live in staff accommodation on site available at either £35 or £50 per week
Job description:

The Sonas Group consists of Skeabost House Hotel, Duisdale House Hotel and Toravaig House Hotel.

Skeabost Country House Hotel is a famous hotel overlooking Loch Snizort four miles from the main town of Portree.

Duisdale House Hotel is an 18 bedroom, award winning, 4 Star Hotel with 2AA Rosettes, situated 8 miles from Broadford and 33 miles from Portree the main town.

The Isle of Skye is a fantastic place to live and work particularly for those who enjoy the outdoors. Fishing and golf.

We are looking for a full time chef de partie to join our team.

There is great scope for career progression.

Working in all corners of the kitchen you will be in charge of your own section of the kitchen.

Position is available now and working through until the end of October.

There is scope for this position to become permanent for the right candidate.
