Job description: | The Grandtully Hotel is an 8 bedroom hotel situated 4 miles from Aberfeldy. We are a small, village hotel with a fun, energetic and young team in place. The hotel has recently undergone a huge refurbishment including a brand new kitchen and have just re-opened the doors. Serving very good quality, local produce done well. We are currently looking for a head chef to join this family owned business to work directly with our full-time hotel manager. Ideally you will have good quality experience as well as experience of volume. You will be in charge of the day-to-day running of the kitchen including health and safety and hygiene, ordering, menu development and training the junior members of the team. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
