Chef de Partie, / Commis Chef - Ben Cruachan Inn, Argyll and the Islands

Skilled Chef required to join our existing team at Ben Cruachan Inn on the banks of Loch Awe.
You will be working in a team of 5 with local produce & fresh ingredients. We have a highly skilled Head Chef who shows great attention to detail and we require a straight starter who knows their way around a kitchen.
All our food is freshly prepared on site and we work with fantastic suppliers to source local and seasonal produce where available.
Quality is key for us and all our food must be outstanding each and every-time. Attributes you must possess are.
• High level of hygiene
• High attention to detail
• High work ethic

You must also possess relevant food hygiene certificates and be able to work as part team with a flexible can-do attitude. Key attributes that we require are treating people like you expect to be treated yourself. In return we guarantee to enhance your knowledge & skill set making you ready for the next step in your career when the time comes whether that be to Head & Senior Sous Chef.

Although we require high skill levels & attention to detail, we in return offer a fantastic working environment and great work life balance for you to enjoy our fantastic part of the world. We have a train station located in the village which is the Glasgow to Oban main line.
