Job description: | The Winking Owl, situated in Aviemore, the heart of Cairngorm National Park, serving modern Scottish Gastro food alongside award winning Cairngorm Brewery ales. We are looking for a professional Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Our kitchen prepares high quality dishes to order from fresh local and seasonal produce. Responsibilities Prepare menus in collaboration with Head Chef and Sous Chef Requirements Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role Food Hygiene LV2 preferred but not essential as training can be provided |
