Job description: | Kylesku Hotel is an award winning hotel situated a 2 hour drive North West of Inverness and are right in the heart of the Highland Wilderness. We are 10 miles from the nearest shop and a 40 minute drive from Ullapool with its shops, bars and restaurants. We are looking for a Seasonal Chef de Partie to join our friendly team. There is use of a staff car so you can enjoy the outdoors on days off. We use the freshest of local ingredients specialising in fish and seafood. We also work very closely with local Crofters, (often from within a 25 mile radius) who supply us with rare breed meats, salads and vegetables. This position is available now until late November.
