Food type:Serving high volume coaching menu. We also have an a la carte option available for private residents.
Full-time chefs:3 chefs plus kitchen porter
Accommodation:Single room available in the hotel, en suite - provided as part of the package
Job description:

We are looking for a seasonal Chef de Partie required for our busy 50 bedroom coaching hotel, to cover breakfast and evening shifts, we only open for lunches occasionally.

You will be required to run your own section in the kitchen, providing support to the sous chef and head chef.

Accommodation is provided as part of the package and meals on and off duty are provided at no extra charge.

We are situated only 14 miles from Inverness.

The position is available now until the end of October for the right candidate.
