Job description: | We have an exciting opportunity for a chef de partie to join our team at the Kintail Lodge Hotel. The hotel is a small, family run establishment with a long standing reputation for great food and high standards, situated in a picturesque location in the West Highlands. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy kitchen preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner for up to 100 covers per day and will work well in a small team as this is crucial to the smooth running of our kitchen. A Food Hygiene Certificate is also required. This is a live-in, seasonal, post with all accommodation, food and utilities included and therefore the hourly rate is £12.00 for a minimum of 40 hours per week. The season starts on 1st April, ends on 4th November and there may be an option to extend this contract throughout the winter months.
