Job description:

I am looking for an experienced breakfast chef to join this family owned and run 12 bedroom 4 star hotel in the Borders.

Situated less than 30 miles from Edinburgh.

Duties will include - cooking breakfast to a high standard, ensuring smooth running the breakfast service whilst maintaining high standards of health and hygiene.

There is already an excellent reputation for food and service you will be required to maintain this.
