Job description: | Langley Castle is a 14th century building situated near Haydon Bridge. We are 34 miles from Carlisle and 30 miles from Newcastle. We currently hold 2AA rosettes and we are pushing for further accolades. We are looking for a chef de partie to join our team. You will be working under our ambitious Head Chef James O'Brian. You will get excellent training and there are good opportunities to use good quality produce in this region. This is a nice place to live and work with a team who are constantly striving for more. This position is available now for an immediate start. |
