| Job description: | The Brae Hotel is a privately owned 35 bedroom hotel in a busy rural village in Shetland. We are looking for a Chef de partie with enthusiasm for food to join our friendly and stable team. The ideal candidate will be punctual, reliable, able to be a team member and at all times behave in a professional manner. This would suit a good chef de partie who is looking to be trained to take over from the head chef on days off. This position is available from now and is a permanent all year round position. |
