Job description:

Gigha Hotel is a 12 bedroom hotel on the Isle of Giga off the west coast of Scotland.

We are looking for a seasonal commis chef to join our team of 3 chefs.

This position is available from early August and is a great opportunity to take a live in position in a beautiful small island.

We have a bistro and fine dining restaurant.

This will suit a chef who enjoys the outdoors.

Working a five day week and this is a live in position.

will suit either a chef on their own or possibly a couple.
